Texas deadlift bar, weights falling off

So my gym got a rogue Texas deadlift bar. Tested it out with a 700 pound pull. Felt good up to my knees and then the plates all fell off despite using collars. Are there any decent collars anybody can recommend that fit tight as fuk? Also noticed the bar has holes on the ends where you load the plates. Is this so you can use pins in place of collars? Honestly don't know but looks like it may work
