Just finished the Company's 2024 "Harassment" Training.....Pfffffffffffff

60 minutes of videos, modules and questions about sexual orientation and gender identity, showing nothing but videos of gai/trans getting "harassed" in the workplace.

Had a bunch of people with rainbow hair, chicks with mustaches and made up names telling their "stories" about getting harassed at work.

Barely anything about race/age/sexual harassment.

I purposely answered 90% of the questions wrong and left feedback that the whole presentation made me uncomfortable and I felt it was inappropriate.
