What's worse, coldcel winter driving, or the road construction in the summers?
What's worse to deal with - coldcel winter driving (icey roads, blackice on roads, snow storms, dealing with people who don't know how to drive on winter roads, etc.), or the endless road construction coldcels deal with that seems to F travel plans up a ton in its own right?
