Very intense but beautiful Germanic facial features. Probably in her 30s at the time. Long black hair. Blue eyes. Almost like Edward Norten's woman in American History X but prouder.
I don't think her real name was openly used but it was possibly Joanie?
Her channel had a couple names over the years before she went inactive. Original Metal Chick or Original Savage Chick were a couple.

A lot changed in 2012. You know it. I know it. I enjoyed her videos at the time. If you don't like that you can blow it out your a$$.
