In my many years of driving, I don't think I ever once saw a dickhead doing dickheaded illegal chit on the road get pulled over. Not once. Back when I was like 8 in a rental car on a vacation trip, I recall seeing a guy who was doing like 80 in a 55mph get pulled over a ways down the road, but that's it. Never seen anything like it since, certainly not while I've been driving. The cops are, however, amazing at pulling people over for petty chit that doesn't really impact anything other than potential revenue collection for the governnment, and an opportunity for them to gaze into your car to see if they can try catching you on more serious chit.
