Can you imagine if there were 6 Black Democratic judges on the SCOTUS. And they decided to become extremists. They wanted to hear so many Black criminals in federal court to "free them" and hear cases of any White officers for killing a Black person. That would be nuts.

Would the rest of White America be upset that there are 6 Black judges on the SCOTUS?

Now, imagine if Obama lost the 2nd election to Mitt Romney, and he felt so upset about it, that he incited an insurrection. He caused "Black America" to invade DC on a Jan. 6 and Black Americans climbed the walls and incited violence. Would the next Republican administration, be pressing charges on them?

Now imagine if there were already 6 Black judges on the SCOTUS, imagine if they wanted to go soft on those Black rioters?

The Bill of Rights is a double-edged sword, sure it has the "our rights shall not be infringed" 2nd amendment, but it also has the insurrection clause. Whenever I tell Republicans about this, they go "what insurrection? / Has Trump been convicted of anything?" They likely wouldn't say that on a majority Democratic bench.

So, point being, whether there's 6 Dems or 6 Reps on SCOTUS, can make themselves look bad, especially when it comes to conflict of interest related chit. I feel sorry for whoever party and race is the majority of SCOTUS, because conflict of interest is a real demon in humans.

Well, we live in a world where it's majority 6 Reps that own the SCOTUS as well as a Republican president that lost a 2nd election, not a Black president that lost a 2nd election... Let's hope this universe is better.
