Anyone else deal with bruxism? [no conics]

suuuucks

Been waking up with a sore tight jaw, and tender temples.

Might have to buy a mouth guard.

Also noticed I can't extend my jaw all of the way without some painful spasms. Dunno why it happens, but I gotta put a lid on it.

Had a mouth guard produced by a dentist and have been wearing it almost every night recently. Have had a bad problem in years past of grinding my teeth at night, I suppose.

My teeth are more flat than they should be, and I wouldn't have had much teeth left later in life without wearing a guard.

This is could also be due to abusing addys for a few years back in my 20s as well. Never had any sore jaws though.
