1) You target audience is people who are out of town for long periods of time, have disposable income, and own a home. Find places of work for the following professions and leave flyers:

- military
- traveling nurses/doctors
- airline pilots
- MBA/business professionals
- oil workers
- truck drivers
- maritime workers
- landlords

2) Most people pick a service when they buy their house, and then never change it unless they're unhappy with the current service. Therefore you should make friends with real estate agents and home inspectors and ask them to cross sell your services for a commission. This is how most home warranties are sold.

3) If someone's grass gets too long, often their HOA or city will hire a company to cut it and then charge the homeowner. This work will be low margin but it could be a way to get your foot in the door. Try calling around to HOAs or nearby municipalities and getting on their list.
