Hard to tell.

-Most blacks/Hispanics are too dumb and lazy to carry out this attack. Arabs/Middle eastners only make about 2% of the USA population and generally tend to be well educated (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, college students etc.) and mind their own business. Could have been a crazy middle eastern person though.

-Then most crazy white men , esp the military kind with experience with fire arms tend to be strong Trump supporters. The very few liberal ones tend to be Bernie supporters who generally don't care much for Trump or Biden and think the whole system is rigged. Not the type to support Biden or even hate Trump.
