How is it even possible to live by your own in your 30s?

Rent - 1 bedroom / studio goes for around $2200 a month cheapest where im from
internet/hydro/food etc

Working full time, one pay cheque is around $1200. So working is just enough to cover rent/bills

if I wasn't living with my mom and she helped on rent there would be no way I could afford 2200 a month on my own

So im curious, how tf are people in their 30s moving out and living alone

Pretty much need to make a minimum of 100k in any major metro to make it alone.
