Tinned Boneless & skinless mackerel in brine

How many of these can i eat a day before i chit myself?

I can eat 4 x 30g of tuna in water a day before i feel my stomach wants to chit

Any other side effects mercury poisoning? Etc

I tried that before cause it was even cheaper than tuna - couldn't do it, started gagging when I opened the can
