Why do people act like 95F tempature will kill you?

I'm at the park right now sunmaxxing with temps at 98f, and realtemp is at 107. It's humid as hell too.

There's people sunmaxxkng, and going running/jogging.

Why do people act like you die or will pass out in this weather?
