the worlds best tasting hamburger (my recipe)

the fancy chit people try to do, lol. put onions, herbs and cheeses into your ground meat?

no.

* 80% ground beef
* avocado or olive oil
* salt and cracked black pepper
* cayenne pepper (won't be especially spicy, can be if you add more, but condiments retract from this. cayenne adds something special IMO)
* mayo and ketchup if you want
* cheese if you want

recipe for 2 burgers in one pan

coat pan in oil
sprinkle a tiny bit of cayanne on the side of the patties that's first going into pan
put a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cracked black pepper into oiled pan, evenly distribute.
have it on medium heat for about a minute, make sure everything is mixed
place unfrozen/defrosted beef patty into pan *sizzle*
sprinkle salt, black pepper and cayanne on topside. just sprinkle, not too much
cover for 4 minutes
uncover, flip, then recover
wait 4 minutes
uncover, flip again. if you want to add cheese now's the time. thinly sliced. another 1-1.5 minutes, covered

burger should be cooked about medium-well. subtract 30s from each operation for medium.

i personally add a fresh slice of tomato, a small amount of mayo and ketchup. really elevates it

but just try the beef alone

don't touch your balls before washing your hands. cayenne pepper sack is not great
