Need a car asap

No savings, almost maxed on two credit cards, 630 credit score, only making 2,100 (mo) / 25,000/yr (I’m poor). My monthly expenses are about $1,100.

I need a car as soon as possible - within the next 2-3 months minimum - for a job I accepted but will require a car soon after I apply. What are my options?
