So I live in a chit neighbor but my block isn't too bad.

Around here its mostly Mexicans that have moved in after the whites have moved out so all the houses are pretty much hand me down houses. People live in these houses just enough to get by. But, its still a living space for people at the end of the day and that fact cannot be escaped. Most people around here don't invest much into upkeeping their houses ie pressure washing, landscaping, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, weed control, grass control, sidewalk upkeep etc etc

I was thinking maybe I can door knock and get some of these homeowners on a $20-30/month payment plan to upkeep their sidewalks that will benefit their whole block. All my crew would do is cut the grass once a week and control all the weeds that grows on the sidewalks. And here's the major thing I want to do with this - I want to also have the ability to do concrete work on the sidewalk up to DOT standards if needed, ie patch cracks, level pads, etc etc. I read that upkept sidewalks are actually quite underrated and important and I agree with that.

Some houses are alot worse than others(just absolutely neglected and they won't be pitching in but the pooling of money from the surrounding houses will fix that house on the same block)
