Wtf is the point of pronouns next to names for workplace emails?

The only people who ever use it are straight white liberal women who say she/her/her's. Never anyone else. So can we finally do away with that virtue signaling trend? We all know that Becky from HR who sloots it up every weekend identifies as a woman, the email reminder tags really aren't needed.

Well...names like a Aidan, Sacha, Jamie, can be either male or female. Its good to know.

But for names like Sean, Mike, Dave, Jen,...yes I agree its pointless.

How often are you tasked with sending emails to people with foreign gender neutral sounding names from work that involve you needing to refer to them by pronouns in said emails, when you don't know the person at all IRL?

Mostly virtue signalling but actually really useful for some foreigners.

A couple of people from my work have sigs with audio files of how to pronounce their names which sound ridiculous but a few times I have been thank **** for that.
