Shooting in self defense

This was some sort of road rage incident where some bozo comes running up to a truck with a gun, so the driver shoots him first. Not gory, but no charges were filed agaiunst the shooter.

very easy self defense case.

Dude blocked the truck, approached with gun in one hand extremely aggressive. Moved gun to his other hand out of sight of the driver, then raised the hand the gun was initially in to the driver. How was the driver supposed to know the gun changed hands?

Well technically the driver was not charged so there will be no case against him.
