Aware me on the felixcat/northernlights thing

So from my understanding it’s obviously the same dude and he’s not even trying to hide it anymore. I didn’t know who northernlights was but people kept saying felix is him when he kept spamming misc. Then felix got banned for some reason and northernlights resumes the same spamming and even got a felix cat avi now. What’s up with that? Is this similae to the zhengterry/asianmike scenario? Mod alt? What the do do?
