Do you buy clothes from a retail store / mall or online?

Had some purchases and surprised at the bad variable fit/quality so had to do annoying returns from online shopping...

Wonder if retail is better

I spent like $300 on shein clothes, only kept like 7 of the items but was too lazy to send them back. Say the word and I’ll send you them, L-XL

But to answer the question I be doin both but prefer trying chit on in person. Stores barely have any stock anymore though

It's a complete **** show at this point. I only order from places I know the sizing of at this point.

So I order online from
-5.11 tactical
-Cuts/BYLT sometimes
-Ten Thousand
-NormalBrand

The rest I have to try on in stores. Even in the past I've bought 3 Large t-shirts from BYLT just different colors, and they all fit different. One was like a XXL fit, one was a L, and one was like a M. Clothing quality blows nowadays.

Real talk...

Online more choice, better discounts but I think it is just better off to go to a store try a bunch of stuff to not waste time.

Been wearing clothes from the sleepwear section.

I go to the store and find something that looks formal enough to wear and is for sleeping.

Way more comfortable than most other clothes

going to retail stores is kind of a bust these days. In my experience they are guaranteed to not have the items I want; they are only available online.

I think there have only been a few times where I had to return some clothes because they fit like ****. It was a pain in the ass having to drive down to a FedEx/UPS/Post Office to have it shipped back, but I'd say it would be equally lame going to a retail store and finding they don't have the size and fit I want and leaving with nothing

I've had this happen to me plenty of times. Same exact item just different colors and all fit different. So annoying!

Depends. I usually do online because I don't feel like going to the mall or store but sometimes can't avoid it. I recently went to Old Navy and bought a bunch of dresses. I had tried everything on there so when they didn't have a color I wanted I bought that one online and it was fine. I usually only buy online from stores I've bought from in the past so usually don't have a ton of issues but there have been plenty of times where I had to take back half or more of an order because stuff didn't fit right. I don't buy clothes from Amazon or places like that. Or if I do I'll buy 2 sizes and just return the one that doesn't work.
