No- it’s actually something that happens to women after a while, especially if they’ve given birth- and my old job didn’t help. I’m 6ft tall and was doing prep work at a table that was way too short for me.: the whole left side of my body is weak but I’ve been in PT strengthening those muscles and getting range of motion back. You’re probably right that some of my lifestyle didn’t help but a lot of it was from depression and not knowing how to cope - so what can you do?

It sounds like you are on the right path to getting better. I hope you can get back to 100% soon. Pain sucks. I've dealt with a knee/calf issue for the past year and 1/2 and it's been terrible. Thankfully it's finally getting better. Can't wait til it's back to 100%.
