What's the biggiest your hemorrhoids ever got?

yesterday mine got to the size of a golf ball after taking a chit. never got that big before. literally stood in the shower blowing warm water on it tell they came down

had an incident where i thought i had a hemmy and had to get surgery and shiit I was freaking out, started eating fiber, tons of it, with every meal and make it a point to get plenty of water

never had a problem after that

stay hydrated, stay fibered up, your booty hole and the rest of your body will thank you lol

basically what i did. went hard thursday night. didn't drink much water friday, saturday.

You need to make a small incision in the middle then squeeze the contents out like a cyst. Only way to get rid of them properly.

2024 and folks still don't know about fiber? I'm not perfect hitting my goals, but I try.

Chia seeds, Metamucil, blackberries, oatmeal, beans, bread, wheat cereal.


I can make overnight oats that contain 15g of fiber

I take fiber gummies and probiotics. Even that isn't enough though. Sometimes I also drink meta mucil which clears it right up
