Question about cardio (reps)
Want to lose weight asap, up to 4 lbs a week.
Is it ok to do fasted hiit cardio in the morning and then later workout maybe 3-4 hours later and then do another hiit cardio session or would the first hiit cardio session deplete glycogen so my workout may not be good?

I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

Second, your glycogen is not that easy to spend and LISS is predominately fueled by fat (but overall fat loss is still determined by calories in vs out). You will be fine.
Lastly, 4 lbs per week is alot unless you are very overweight. Why the rush?

You don't have the discipline to workout that much anyways. Just be consistent, track your macros properly, and get 7 hours of sleep.
id say try to starve yourself and overwork yourself, because you're probably gonna binge or say fuk it in a few days, you only ask this because you want an excuse to not work hard

Craving junk food right now cuz I’m hungry but I’m gonna suffer
A few months of suffering to get ripped is worth it

If you're goal is to lose weight quickly (which most likely will gain right back) then don't even bother with cardio..just reduce your macros to a very low amount...btw, how quickly were you looking to lose weight? What are your current stats and what is your goal? How many macros are you taking in currently?
Losing weight is very simple...it's just not fun. The biggest issue with doing a proper cut is the amount of time it takes. From experience, I can tell you that you will hate life trying to lose that much in a short period of time. Which is why you have to allow your body the time to slowly adapt...but yeah...constantly hungry, weak, upset mood, fuked up digestive issues, lack of sleep, lower sex drive, and a few more things...but hey, at least you're going to look good those few times you get to take your shirt off lol.

OP a quick HIIT cardio session is not going to burn all your glyogen stores, not even close. You are talking literally 2-4 hours of cardio to burn it all. Or 2 days or more zero sugar in your diet.
You will loose like 5 or more pounds in water weight when all your glygogen is used up. Do you loose that in a morning from HIIT? lmfao no. But if you did an all day hike with elevation changes, a 3 hour road cycling trip or strict keto for 3 days then yeah you can see it on the scale. That is why.

Also...if you have a certain date you're trying to lose weight by, look into water loading a week prior...just make sure you do it correctly because it can be dangerous but you can probably lose a good 10+ lbs.

I would do steady state cycling in the mornings, fasted. Burns calories, easy on the body and something you can easily recover from.

If you ever watched the Ben Pakaulski video on hiit training, you would know that we mortals can only to it at most 1 time a day or every other day because it is so intense.
Look it up.
Look it up.
