Always wanted to but I have a family member who competed and got heart damage from gear and totally screwed up his cardiac ejection fraction almost needing a transplant.

Also one of my bros started trt at 40 and was almost totally bald a year later and had always had a full head of hair.

150mg test/ 150mg mast
pin daily to keep your levels from having peaks and valleys(this is what causes sides on trt)

raise the test to 400ish for 14 weeks once or twice a year and add another compound for fun
sprinkle some 6 week var cycles in a few times a year

life is good at trt+

Never. Unless your quality of life is really affected as you get older and you exhausted doing things like changing your diet, sleep and exercise to get your test back up naturally, then do it. Otherwise it will be a mistake you will look back on and wish you never started.

Eh, trt isn't really as life altering as you make it out to be. Plenty of anecdotes of people just quitting it cold turkey and returning to normal T levels
