It depends how much stamina and endurance the lifter has. More stamina means their 8 rep max would naturally be lower compared to someone with less stamina. I would say 150.

The serious answer is you just need to test it. It's confronting because you don't want to risk failure but making an actual attempt is the only way to know whether you can do x reps with a certain weight. Some people are more fast twitch dominant and are better at heavier sets while others are slower twitch and and can do higher reps than average but are below average at heavy sets.
