Possibly the funniest police interaction I've seen. Roided out veteran tweaker

Apparently this guy had been shot by the police before and his brother is on the police force. Overall seems like the cops did a pretty good job in this one. Dude says some funny chit though, asking cops to poor a cold cup of water on his nuts and stuff lol.
