I tried to purchase a video game on Steam and this what happened

I paid $64.19 for Ghost of Tsushima, but then was told because I had an incorrect address for the card that the purchase was incomplete.

The money was still withdrawn from my account tho.

Any help? Wut do.

That’s what customer service is for.. in fact you can just go into your settings and request a refund there. All you do is select a few drop boxes and they will finalize it that day.
