Anyone ever worked as a Talent acquisition/HR recruiter?

I've noticed that it's one of the few businesses where anyone can succeed without needing capital. All you need is a well-designed website and a LinkedIn or Xing account to start connecting with potential partners. anyone has any experience in that field? if yes... whats your two cents on it

JP (J.Parsons) who used to post here is a recruiter. He doesn't respond to messages though so good luck if you reach out to him.

Instantly ignore/delete ****** messages and anyone that "thinks I'd be a good fit for a role" but hasn't read one line of my profile or resume.

If you can do it you get 1/3 of the hires comp in their first year as your fee.

Potentially lucrative career field with no barrier to entry? I'm guessing it's extremely difficult to succeed and most people drop out after 1 year.
