$2 Billion Powerball Winner Edwin Castro Shows Off His Model Girlfriend

The guy won 2 billion, left with the lump sum which after they took half and then taxes was around $600 million and then spent over 100 million buying lavish homes, cars, and spending sprees.

I wonder how long this dude is going to last? He got hooked by an average gold digger chick, and showing her off as if he never had a girlfriend before. Apparently he is spending his money like no tomorrow, Mike Tyson was worth over 300 million and went broke a lot of these poor people who get rich from the lotto usually end up broke, if he wifes this average IG model who is not beautiful and knocks her up she will get support and then alimony if she wants to divorce.

I remember reading a story about the guy saying he immediately hired a world-class financial manager. It's possible he set aside plenty of fun money but still has enough investments to sustain once the initial rizz is over.

Who knows.

Southern California is really nice if you ignore the politics, people, prices, and traffic

All things that can be mitigated by a rich man.

End well this will not , sloots gonna sloot . This would be an interesting story to follow lol.
He should have joined the Misc b4 getting involved with that sloot though , as it may have prevented him from losing half

lol on point . She looks like a gold digging cum dumpster. That’s at the bottom of the barrel for what I’d chose with that kind of cash

$600M should last long enough if he has it invested and there's some type of financial manager giving him an allowance. I think he'll be good.

This isn't like a $6M lottery winning that can go south quickly. $600M cash should last however long it needs to.

Here's how I see that conversation going:

Lottery Winner - "Hey, Financial Manager, I want to buy this yacht!"

FM - "IDK, that looks like a pretty expensive purchase buddy. I can't in good conscience let you buy that."

LW - "OK, you're fired."

LW - "Hey Financial Manager 2, I want to buy this yacht"

FM2 - "Looks good to me buddy"

NGL I would try to find someone who didn't know I won the lottery. Maybe easier said than done though.

Really, the point if a financial manager is to give pushback on that initial urge. Most absurd purchases are temporary desires, and if you have someone giving a little bit of pushback the urge to buy goes away quickly.

Ok, well I kinda get it now. But honestly she seems miserable and this obviously isn't going to end well.

Can’t take it with you

Even if he drops down to 5 mill…plenty ways to reinvest funds to live comfortably once you hit your 40s

Start a podcast with somebody and talk about your escapades with your boys

Agreed. Just the interest on $600M cash in a savings account right now is $33M per year. I think he'll be able to survive on $33M per year pretty easily without even touching the initial $600M.

I'd hope that he was smart enough to invest some of it, but if you're splurging on garbage like those Beverly Hills mansions (instead of buying a bunch of regular homes that people would be willing to rent) "investing" is probably the last thing on his mind.

He didn't pocket $2billion, Uncle Sam raped him pretty good. He only took home about $600million in his bank account(which is still an insane amount of money...but not $2billion)

if he invested it wisely he could spend 100k a day, every day and never run out. some of you guys are hatin to hard.

Don't they say that most lottery winners blow through the money within five years?

We all say we would do things differently, but I'm sure the euphoric high of all that money has you thinking you're like a god.
