Am I getting old or am i over training?

Just a couple of years ago I would train all out for 2-3 hours every day - these days at 30 years old I can feel my body being noticeably tired due to training everyday.

Anybody else notice the same thing at they hit their 30s?

I'm not sure that 30 is old tbh - I would say after 35 you become a man, etc.

It’s both. I just hit 36 and I can’t workout 6 days a week 2 times a week like I could at 21. You can feel your body and if it’s physically sore then skip a day or do light stretching/ super low intensity cardio. Way better then randomly fukking a rotator cuff or something and being basically out 6 weeks

lol I’m in this same boat. Training decently hard 5-6x per week, always sore and tired. Need to take a week off to recover but not willing to do it:

Yeah I love going to the gym and being around people - so I might need to do what you stated. Some cardio and abs, etc.

I am not closed off to the idea of HRT, nor do I judge you for it - but i am not in a good position in life to be on it and I a not sure if i want to keep jabbing forever.

I used to scoff at the older guys telling me that at 18 you have all the test in the world and shouldn't even think about steroids, and now i look back and realise they were right. When you get older, you litirally NEED something to promote protein synthesis for recovery. I must have had test levels of 900 at 17 years old, yet I never felt good enough because people like Jeff Seid were just coming out at that time.

Yeah dude WTF - just 5 years ago I'd train twice a day and do cardio for an hour. It's not even like my joints are sore or I am lazy, my body seems to not be able to take it. Sigh.

wait until your 47 , fuk it feels like I'm recovering and I haven't lifted seriously in a year....lucky to get in 2 half ass workouts a week...

whats funny is at this age you hurt worse if you don't work out, but you gotta becareful to not overdoit or youll be in brutal recovery for a week and never get a workout in ....

fuk this old chit, I need to get on some juice. think I'll push it to 50 and then ride the trt train to the finish line.

And when you are 35 you will say 40 etc :-)

30 is not old, but it is not young either.

What is your training split and have you made any recent changes in your lifestyle, training etc?
