Tucker says people should be having mormon levels of kids

Saw a piece of an interview and his suggestion for younger people is to marry young and have as many children as possible...mormon levels at 10+ children.

Kinda the opposite of modern thought where people spend 20 years finding themselves/slooting/collecting cats.

i can see the concern there, but keep in mind a family unit of say 8-10+ people is going to be spending time with each other on top of the time they spend with you. ideally, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc are all involved too. for example, when the 5 year old needs help with flash cards maybe you tell the closest kid to "get in there and help your sister".

I'm a big Tucker fan, but he's irrationally pro-marriage & pro-children. In a recent interview, he told folks that it was easy to find a spouse. How they should just "pull someone off the street and marry them" because isn't all that complicated. Also told Sage Steele that he's never met anyone who ever regretted having a child. Encouraged married couples to have as many as they could.

He's a very intelligent guy, but seems not to understand that being wealthy & famous, and having a good moral upbringing, has made this area of his life incredibly easy. Most married couples can't even afford a house anymore, let alone several children. You'd really have to fix both the economic issues, as well as the cultural decline in our country in order for anything he says about marriage & kids to be at all sensible.

I don't like Tucker as much as I used to. He seems like a nancy boy snob. Probably owns a fur coat and is afraid to look at his own turds

Kids aren't that expensive though. People aren't having kids because they just want to have fun their whole lives
