What age did pucci power lose the ability to control you?

A lot of men when they're younger can be controlled by the power of the pucci. They'll simp for women, pretend to enjoy what she likes, let things slide, pretend to like her family/friends, listen attentively to her most boring conversations, etc.

The men will do all this because they hope to get rewarded with pucci.

But at a certain age -- does pucci lose its power. Still good, but can no longer change a man to do things he doesn't want to do. This is likely a man with a lower tolerance for BS...he won't be taken advantage of even if it means being alone.

It's never controlled me.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I was always honest and myself, and I had to approve of what was going on, or I wouldn't get into a relationship.


I am fully aware I am a rare minority in that regard. A lot of you do anything for sex or other fleshy desires.

i don't know if i totally agree with that. there's plenty of married men out here that simp for their wife...i mean it's a common joke where men talk about "misbehaving" in the smallest of ways and how it'll cause them to "not get some" from the wife. also plenty of young guys out here that made bad decisions in life because they chose to chase pucci from one or more women...at an older age they may look back and think it was foolish.

Tbh it probably still has influence over me a bit, but definitely not as much as before
But being with my long term gf definitely made it control me less.
