Lately I've Been Looking Downwards When I Walk By People.

Because whenever people walk by me lately they look at me all concerned or uneasy or scared or are challenging me or just stare at me or give me weird looks or like they like me or something.

I always looked downward when walking by people my whole life but recently I decided to overcome my social anxiety by looking directly into people's eyes without ever blinking. Occasionally I will lick my lips as I do this as well but that's really only done when I'm feeling particularly anxious.
