You eat a lot of canned foods straight from the can without heating it up. Probably legionnaires disease (dead srs)

Might die in the next few months

a mix of depersonalization and vasodilation maybe? When I get a strong enough arm pump, the arms can feel like they are their own entity sometimes srs
