Best post Workout Foods

I only work out hard occasionally.

What is a good meal to boost gains?

In the past, I found a family size creme brulee solid since it is >12 egg yolks for mad test gains.

Beef, esp. ground, seems necessary for natties.

My best gains are on Saturday when I hit legs hard and then eat pizza hutt and drink beer. Not light beer either. Get a good 8-10 beers with a heavy meal. Next morning drink water until you poop and you will awaken the strength of 19 grizzly bears. You will tear them all apart

I go for some poverty **** sometimes. A few cans of tuna mixed with macaroni and cheese, lol.

Seasoned ground beef with rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions

ground beef is half the price per lb of steak. If you're going to eat a lot of it you get your money's worth. inb4 you're a millionaire and it doesn't matter. k.

wow, i overlooked creme brulee as a dessert... forgot they had egg yolks

costco sirloin is pretty good and somewhat cheap, you can make a stir fry out of them. also like to eat sticky rice postworkout, easy to digest

Tried a Shepherd’s pie.

It felt like complete nutrition.

Pretty decent. Ground beef with mashed potato and some seasoning. I added sauce.
