I'm sort of depressed this morning; brutal awakening

Woke up today, forced myself to go on a 2-mile walk. Now I'm just scrolling on the computer... gonna lift pretty soon, then idk what. I don't have a job until next month, so there's just nothing to do.

Anyway, what are you guys doing this morning? Maybe hearing about that will cheer me up.

Still dark here, 5:10 am just took a leak and hopped back in bed. I have a small leak on the chimney to fix that I noticed in the attic last night while putting a box in the attic. Going to Lowe’s to get some roofing cement to fix it today, the flashing probably just needs touching up.

Gonna take my peen out while on the roof and shake it at my neighbor.

If you don't have any jobs lined up, why don't you hop on a flight somewhere outside of the US for like 2 weeks? A couple weeks in Colombia will knock that depression out of you.

If this is a srs thread,

- Boredom isn't a bad thing. I actually think its necessary sometimes to be bored to give you drive

- Find a temp job to do in the meantime to give you structure. Temp agency warehouse job, do ubers or something

Spent a couple hours chillin in my backyard sipping coffee. Went inside, made some oatmeal and some eggs. Watched tv for maybe 90 mins while I digested. Now I’m working out, doing legs. After wards I’ll have a protein shake, and an apple while I cool off. Then I’ll go mow the lawn.

Woke up at 8, had eggs and bacon. Little one and me went to Judo training, came home and had some BBQ chicken. Chilling now waiting for my brother to drop my niece off and I'm gonna take her and my daughter to the fun fair.
