I keep mine at 68-70 usually.

At night I drop it to 65-66

High blood pressure? Is there some correlation between BP and temp?
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

68 with the fan left on for sleep. During summer time I'll slowly move the AC higher and higher pretty much time i take the dog for a walk.

AM i put it up to 72, around lunch after coming in from outside 90 degrees i'll put it up to 76 or so.
