Quit drinking a week ago. How do I counter the withdrawal symptoms?

Haven't drank in a week besides 2 shots of vodka which is basically sober for me

For the most part, I feel better but have bouts of irritation and wanna lash out at geeks. I think it's from the resurgence of test gainz from going sober and my body/mind forgot how to regulate the aggressive side.
