Neck and jaw training under rated

Every time I start slacking on neck/jaw training, my face doesn't look as good. I think jaw/neck training is severely underrated. For Jaw training, I usually use the jawzersize until i feel a burning sensation in my face, and then i superset/ pop in the Mayena jaw bites until my jaw/face is completely burning. Usually, do this for about 3-4 high rep/burning sets. For neck training, I do the front of the neck/back of the neck/ and both sides. If I do this at least 1-2 times a week, it helps with look maxing.

I've done it on and off for years. The difference with neck/jaw training done regularly is "slight," but in my opinion, it can be a considerable improvement. Very underrated. It is a PITA to do. Also, jaw training burns like fuk and is annoying AF to do on top of regular bodybuilding/powerlifting training. I've been slacking on it for the past few months, but I'm returning to it today. I usually try to do jaw/neck training on a day I play to do some shrugs in the gym. That way, you work the muscle groups from the jaw to the traps on the same day.
