Neck and jaw training under rated
Every time I start slacking on neck/jaw training, my face doesn't look as good. I think jaw/neck training is severely underrated. For Jaw training, I usually use the jawzersize until i feel a burning sensation in my face, and then i superset/ pop in the Mayena jaw bites until my jaw/face is completely burning. Usually, do this for about 3-4 high rep/burning sets. For neck training, I do the front of the neck/back of the neck/ and both sides. If I do this at least 1-2 times a week, it helps with look maxing.

Also, jaw training burns like fuk and is annoying AF to do on top of regular bodybuilding/powerlifting training. I've been slacking on it for the past few months, but I'm returning to it today. I usually try to do jaw/neck training on a day I play to do some shrugs in the gym. That way, you work the muscle groups from the jaw to the traps on the same day.Surely they have some before and after pic?
