I understand why some of you geeks workout 5-7 days/wk now...

I got so much fkn energy now that i'm sober lol

I might have to increase from 2/3 days/wk to 5/6 days/wk out of necessity lol

thats why i went back to smoking and drinking that **** gets old after awhile

drinking got pretty old for me too after 5 years of being an alcoholic
