Adam Carolla makes very insightful observation about Kamala

long reported that KH is very mean to her staff. many people have quit and said as much.

“People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment,” said another person with direct knowledge of how Harris’ office is run. “It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like shty.”

....

Adam said the only reason she dances is to seem like fun person and he brought up Cosby and Ellen degenerates whose schtick was also to dance to disarm people.

basically ...these people know they are very mean people but have to preemptively defuse that by dancing.

funny thing about Ellen: she had a gameshow where she basically humiliated regular people. everything was cruel or to scare her contestants. this is akin to someone abusing animals for the fun of it.
