I wouldn’t be surprised if there were ped’s but I think it’s a relatively new thing in female sports to train to be more muscular In general, never mind to enhance performance. I think training methods and knowledge have come a long way. Just look at women in the early 2000s even. The “hot” look was thin and big tits lol, nowadays it’s all lower body & ass. There is always an attempt to balance femininity and athleticism I think.
