How do you Rate Bruce Lee Enter the Dragon Physique?

I believe this was the Pinnacle of Bruce Lee's Physical Development? What do you think of his Enter the Dragon Physique? How do you Rate it compared to other ActionStars/Athletes/BodyBuilders?

i think he had a good physique. seemed to be flexible/strong, not bloated, mass not overwhelming the joints, probably didn't need to eat all day and worry about getting in 300g of protein.

A Tai Tung regular, Bruce Lee would always sit at the same back table and order his two favorite dishes: Oyster Sauce Beef and Garlic Shrimp.

Nah. I'm actually a huge Bruce Lee fan and worshiped the man growing up, but he actually was extremely neurotic and obsessive about his training routine and diet. He ate meticulously-measured small meals all day and constantly tweaked his obsessive lifting/training plan. He's what the misc. would call a "gymcel" in every damn sense.

I have always believe that he died from over-training. The body is a machine like any other and when stressed to its maximum limits it will break

Healthy = carrying a bit of fat and a good amount of LAZYmaxxing

no doubt he was working hard, but seems it was mostly for function instead of the goal to simply be as swole as possible. from a purely aesthetic standpoint something similar to his physique is achievable by a natty without grinding themselves away in the gym and constantly stuffing food down.

Yup. I've researched it to chit and I believe it played a huge role in his death among other more minor factors.

what has your research revealed to be the other "minor factors"? I have not researched too much into the matter other than being aware of his obsessively intense training fanaticism. Another example to support my "over training" theory would be "SPARTUCUS" Andy Whitfield. One could observe his own Bruce Lee-like physical evolution in that series. It just seems like a natural law that if one REDLINES a body too long and things are going to start to go wrong/break

He was obviously shredded as hell pretty much the peak of physical conditioning, but he’s like 5’4
