Heres the deal. Absolutely you can emigrate to a country an be part of it and deserve to be called Brit (whether you come illegally or not). Esp if you are born in that country.

Almost certainly this Rwandan wasn't well integrated into his host society. In fact, 2nd Generation Muslims are MORE likely to be tehrsssts than their parents. Its because they come over find out that most people despise them and they won't immediately live like a black celebrity.

If this wasn't the above-mentioned issue you would see this phenomenon of violence occur with ukrainians, hispanics, curries, chinese, etc.
