I dunno if I owned a fast food restaurant and I saw the food coming in in packages all pre-cooked and looking like sloppy gray meat I would probably not want McDonards ever again

Same. IF you asked me a few months ago, i would probably eat 10 a day

But after working hard on eating healthy and losing weight and feeling better mentally and physically, I am kind of repulsed by junk food ngl. When I see junk food, yes it looks tasty, but it reminds me of me being over 220 lbs of fat, lazy and depressed and tired all the time.

For those struggling with mental health issue, trust me when i say a healthy diet helps so much as well as regular exercise

I was a fat ass for a few years, my diet was crap, i woke up at 3pm each day slept at 4am, barely exercised, drank soda daily and uber eats, was the worse period of my life.

Since May 26 I decided enough is enough and turned my life around, lost over 40 lbs and feel healthier and better than ever. I eat one cheat meal a week on Saturday and even then the portion is moderate. Its not easy but healthy eating and regular exercise and better sleep is so worth the effort
