Best way to help someone being bullied?

This guy just got hired at my work and his name is “Nelson.”

The guys at the office have been laying it on him thick. He’ll start to ask a question and they will yell out “SHUT UP, NELSON!” Then they laugh like hyenas.

I feel bad for the guy. I’ve tried to be nice to him and even gave him my banana yesterday.

When SO CALLED good people who have authority see wrong and sit back and do nothing that makes them just as guilty

Maybe I'm old fashioned in my views but that's the way I see it now and the way I've seen it all my life
