Eating, having a Guinness 0 (yes I've been drinking some NA beer), and getting ready for another day of wagecucking tomorrow (I'll likely end the day early though at least). Just finished doing a bunch of cardio though.

Going to the local pizza parlor with the wife then walk the dog, watch some YT maybe, and down for bed.

Just started doing some intense mountain hikes at 5am, gonna work my weigh up to a weighted vest, thanks for the idea Gary.
