You’re pretty much set for life if you were involved in the development of Disney land or other high stake properties

I have family that was going to move to the area, but got priced out. Not so much for the house prices, but the home insurance has become astronomical.

I just wouldn’t get home insurance. You’re most likely not going to use it and it’d be a lot cheaper to fix it by hiring someone

From what I understand, unless you own your house outright your lender would likely require it.

Bug free(strong animal and pest control)
Great food variety
Lots of different architecture
Strong Security
Variety of entertainment

Only negative is that there’d be a lot of people all the time. But I’d try to live in a building that’s more private on the land, like where executives or managers stay
