Bodybuilding was created to feminize men

When you strip away the machismo you can easily see that. It was created to make money on making men more vain. The vanity market had women but needed a way to open it up to men – the other 50% of the population. That's why it was so heavily marketed going back to the jew Joe Weider. Prior to this men were simple – shower and shave, some slacks and a clean shirt – look at a group of men 100 years ago and they all looked the same without a feminine preoccupation with their body.

If you just call it lifting weights, it's alpha srs

Resistance training improves bone density, builds and maintains muscle mass, staves off atrophy. This is important to maintain your body into your old age. Not for vanity

Even Dorian said he didn't care much for posing or flexing on stage. His competition was in the gym.

Their idealized form was lean and smooth with training for athletics/endurance – i.e a time of being a warrior. The lifestyle of these athletes was actually discouraged because it drifted towards excess in all things.

OP trying to discourage people from being fit.

Makes excuses, for half assing it so called gyms like PF, Blast, and Crunch fitness. Also makes excuses for being on his phone, while sitting on the equipment…..

The amount of resistance training needed to maintain muscle mass/bone density is something like 60 minutes a week accounting to studies I've seen – hardly a lifestyle that requires tremendous preoccupation with vanity.

There's a difference between being fit and being preoccupied with femininity/vanity – aka the modern push of bodybuilding going back to the jew Joe Weider.

Your enthusiastic push for "just lift bro" is femininity wrapped in a machismo wrapper.

Yes, throughout most of history to pursuit of male vanity would have been considered homosexual in nature – that's where marketing came in.

Look at the pinnacle of feminized masculinity in modern times – men on a stage, injected with fake hormones trying to look more masculine, fake tans sprayed on, thong underwear, body hair shaved, prancing around, music going, even dance routines.

bodybuilding was marketed and mastered by jews that saw a market for a feminized focus on vanity by men. it's now a multi billion dollar per year thing. and men have bought in so throughly that they will question the masculinity of men that haven't also bought in.

seems this topic hits a little too hard. miscers pride themselves on "they can't get nothing over on me" but what if they DID in fact get one over on you that puts into question the central theme of what you've always considered being a man? ouch.

People have been lifting as exercise in some form with the specific intention of increasing muscle to look better for literally thousands of years.

There is nothing feminine about improving yourself be it physically or mentally or anything else.

Removing all your body hair, oiling yourself up, and parading around in a speedo with other half naked, hairless, greasy men is macho alpha behavior
