Ive been low fat high carb high lean protein all my life its been a struggle to look jacked

Now I’ve started eating burgers all day everyday and i look bigger easier not shredded but yeah faurk all them years eating and chitting when a couple of beef burgers gets me to the place quicker cheaper & easier

My bodyfat is definitely in the high teens. I think it's from building up a big squat and deadlift so I still have some abs when I'm fat. I know people act like that's bs but how many of them have squatted 500 and deadlifted 600? Probably none.
