How much should I refund this guy (GTFIH)

Rented an extra room in my apt for 10 days

was paid $1100

He decided to leave after 3 days

Saying to keep $400 and refund the rest

Already refunded $500, he’s asking $200 more

Should I do it or no cuz idk how hotels or Airbnbs work

I couldn’t rent it out to other people and cancellation fees etc as well if they should be taken into account

I'd probably keep $400, and refund the rest if he did not already leave a bad review. A non-1 star review might be worth $200 if you're planning on renting out the place consistently.
